Summary

April goes to a satellite studio for another interview with a host and a man named Peter Petrawicki, author of a new book selling on Amazon called “Invaded.” He and April get into a heated argument on air as to whether or not the human race should be exercising caution regarding the Carls’ appearance. When April is asked about the Carls posing a potential threat to Earth, she is caught off guard and rather than take a moment to compose herself, says, “I think it’s foolish” (152). Petrawicki goes on to state that the Carls are wearing armor and have “violated international and domestic law,” and April has never been on air with an opposing party ready to defend themselves like Petrawicki (153).
