Maybe shows up at the taco truck but doesn't see Uncle Benny. Jess says he'll be there after the lunch rush. Jess encourages Maybe to just do what she's been doing all summer. Maybe leaves and sees Jess motioning for her to come but back Maybe remains across the street.

Ted finds Maybe across the street from the taco truck three hours later. He convinces Maybe to return to the truck and cook for Uncle Benny. Maybe apologizes to Jess and tells Jess she's nervous. Jess tells Maybe to just be herself. Uncle Benny arrives and he is a little stern looking but he's only about 28 years old. He tells Maybe he wants her to make one of everything on the menu.
