Summary

In “Chapter 4,” Kirabo arrived in the city with her father. Kirabo felt her mother all around her, and spontaneously asked her father where her mother was. Tom said he did not know and asked if she was unhappy. She told him that Nsuuta had told her that her mother was in college and married. Tom seemed upset, so Kirabo tried to push him further and asked why he did not marry her mother. He said she was disrespectful and spoiled and told her not to ask him questions like that. They arrived at his gigantic house that had security gates and guards. Inside, and he introduced her to his wife and children. She had not known about them, and they had not known about her arrival.
