Cecilia “CC” de Poitiers

Cecilia "CC" de Poitiers is the daughter of Elle, mother of Crie, and wife of Richard Lyon. The action of the book is focused on determining who killed CC and why. CC is described as being a cold, cruel woman who hurts those around her. She had picked on her husband so much that she has weakened him to the point that he depends on her to tell him what to do. She has hurt her daughter so badly that Crie had disappeared within herself. In fact, it is Crie who kills CC.
