Chapters 56 - 59 Summary

Wes decides that he misread Glitsky, and that he will be no help after all. There is still no sign of the tape Melanie dropped off at the news station. He is almost afraid to leave the house for fear that he will miss Kevin's call. When they finally do talk, Wes asks Kevin what his plans are. Kevin keeps hoping that his tape will air and that another witness will come forward as a result. Wes offers to call the station for him, and see if he can track down whether or not the tape made it into the right hands to begin with. He tells Kevin to keep the faith alive. Oddly, Wes is beginning to remember how good it makes him feel to help others, and just starting to feel the smallest amount of faith in someone again.
