acetycholine is found as neuromodulatory agents in presynaptic end plates of neuromuscular junctionwhen the excitation impulse is sent by the motor cortex as well as in reflexes mediated by spinal cord like withdrawal response.so they are responsible for voluntary movements as well as involuntry reflex actions.when inhibited muscle relaxation occurs and this is achieved by inhibitory neuropeptide catecholamines like dopamine which in turn is increased by diazepam. That is diazepam tranquilizers mediate their relaxation effects in the brain by enhancing release of more dopamine at the inhibitory nerve cells, thereby dampning excitatory impulses from the motor cortex as described earlier.Serotonin is derived from arginine amino acids metabolism and exists througout the body in both brain and especially in the digestive sysytem.argentaffinoma is an excess serotonin secretory tumour, often found in the Gut, that causes a lot of harm to the body but notably excess gastric acid secretio leading to severe peptic ulcer diseases.

A cure for Diabetes has not been found yet. However, it can be controlled. Ways to control diabetes are: maintaining blood glucose levels, blood fat levels and weight. Blood glucose levels can be maintained by following a diet designed by your doctor, exercising, and eating at regular intervals.

Take medication before eating high-sugary foods. I ate brown rice and sesame seed as my staple food and before I knew it, my sugar level was around 5 - which was normal! Also I walk everyday (exercise).
