The nervous system is a remarkably sophisticated collecton of nerves that coordinate teh systems of the body. Every thought, action, and sensation is reflected in its activity. One function is that it uses sensory receptors to monitor changes in and out fo the the body. Additionally, it processes and interprets information of the sensory imput to make decisions. Lastly it commands a response to activate muscles or glands.
