How does one determine what order to administer multiple antibiotics to one patient

The order to follow is :

spectrum of antimicrobial activity, those with wider spectrum should come first before those with less or limited spectrum.

2.Sensitivity, those with 4+ sensitivity should be used instead of those with 1+ sensitivisty.

3.toxicity or adverse efects.Those with more potent adverse effect should be avoided if possible and they must be used it should be with greatest caution.

4.Avoid more than 4 antibiotics simultaneously.They can come serially, one after a group of 4 and also drug drug interaction must be noted as well as pregnacy and renal and liver functions.

5.In compromised liver functio those excreted renally or via skin should be preferred to those metabolized by the liver.
