4-Aminobenzoic acid

i would like to make an autoclaved solution of PABA 10g in 50 ml water....but after autoclave...the powder still cannot be dissolved.... how to get a fully dissolved PABA solution b4 autoclave?

PABA is an organic acid[paraaminobenzoicacid] .it is partially soluble in water, so that is the reason you could not dissolve it in water[50mls].Heating would not change its water solubility either.Use methanol to dissolve it.An aqeous solution buffer of PABA with water will result.
