Yes, they may - and they're doing it.

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is engaged to Daniel Westling, who is a commoner. They plan marriage in 2010 and it do not affect her priviliges and title. Her younger sister, Princess Madeleine, is also engaged to Jonas Bergström, also comonner.

Also the current King, Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden married a commoner, Silvia Sommerlath in 1976. At that time, he was already King of Sweden since 1973.
