Please suggest me a diet or changes that i'll have to make to attain my goal. I hardly get time for exercises. I go for college in the morning, return home late in the afternoon, have my lunch and then sleep, then in the evening at 6, i go for a call center job and return home in the morning. these already makes me very tired to do any exercises. when on the move, i roughly get a 30 minutes walk, from which 10 minutes i consider as brisk walking.i appreciate your kind suggestions and genuine answers. something that will fit into my schedule.thanks allot and god bless you!
