How do i loose 40 lbs in 4 months?

Please suggest me a diet or changes that i'll have to make to attain my goal. I hardly get time for exercises. I go for college in the morning, return home late in the afternoon, have my lunch and then sleep, then in the evening at 6, i go for a call center job and return home in the morning. these already makes me very tired to do any exercises. when on the move, i roughly get a 30 minutes walk, from which 10 minutes i consider as brisk walking.i appreciate your kind suggestions and genuine answers. something that will fit into my schedule.thanks allot and god bless you!

Below is a diet plan for four months.

Keep A Few Things In Mind!

1. Remember that we give you a choice of two dishes. You can have any ONE of the two.

2. Do not eat to fill yourself. Take small portions and NEVER eat to fill your stomach. STOP

when you still have some space left in your stomach.

3. A recipe has been recommended for every dish. Follow the recipe as far as possible.

4. Keep a note of whatever you eat; even a biscuit. Remember, every bite counts!

5. We have planned 6 meals to keep you feeling full! DO NOT munch in between meals.

6. Drink up to 8 glasses of water everyday along with the diet

There is a 14 day diet plan which based on my mother's experience which she had followed for 3 months.

It really worked for her but instead of following for 2 weeks, she followed for 3 months.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I have a few suggestions to lose 40lbs. I also have a job where I do not have time to go to a gym. SO I went online and found some exercises that I can do while sitting at my desk.

I have 2lb leg weights that I put on when I sit down and do leg lifts under my desk. Also on my breaks I walk the stairs or the outside of the building. I use sparkpeople.com which gives me meal plans and exercises that I can put into my daily life.
