How do the labor Zionists and the ultra-orthodox religious parties differ on who is a Jew?

Labor Zionists believe that a Jew is someone who lives in a close community. They are able to provide for themselves by working the land, even on shabbat. Religious Zionists believe that Jews are educators and learners.
