if you ask any iraqi person about fasal2,he would describe him as
the child or the orphan who was unjustly killed

however, poeple at that time, realized that it was not easy for faisal to free himself from the power of his uncle abdul ilah, who served as a regent for the last 12 years when faisal was under age
but some believed he only needed time to do so,especially in the last 3 years before his death, when he became more independent in his desicions

faisal 2 ,in short,is a story of a king,paid for others mistakes
a king ,who never had the chance,to be a king

he once said(i want to make of iraq hanging gardens that all the world can see)
he didnot live enough time to build his(hanging gardens)
he was only 23 when he was killed

it is a shame that the day of his death is celebrated by some parties in iraq,as the day of revolution
but a good point is that, there is increasing popular understanding that the day of 14 july was merely a coup lead to the unfortunate murder of young, promising, king

sorry if this does not answer yout question, but faisal died before we can tell
