A 16 year old legally is still a minor incapable of making the correct decisions.Even yourself at 19 though an adult yet is not capable of living seperate from your parents until 21 years. So her parents being a drunk and you being always there for her are mere coincidences and that should not lead to marriage decisions before you are both ripe for that.At best you are infatuated about ecah other or may be having a crush.Real love goes beyond what has transpired between both of you so far.It has to do with care and support for a very long time as well as procreation.Return her to har parents if you really love her until she is 18years old and by then you will be 21 years and have more resources to look after a girl. You can still be helping her from her parents house until it is time to move her out at 18 years. Good luck.
