c^2 - 8 = -13c + 6

c^2 - 8 +13c= -13c + 6+13c

c^2 - 8 +13c=6

c^2 - 8 +13c-6=6-6

c^2+13c-14=0

(c )(c ) ( -1)( +14)

(c-1)(c+14)=0
