How where the Chinese treated when they arrived in Jamaica?

That would depend on the year in question. Chinese immigrants were welcomed into Jamaica until 1931. It was in 1931 that Jamaica was facing severe economic trouble and a lack of jobs, something that led to closing their doors to immigrants. After 1931, only students (under 14) were allowed to enter the country on student permits.
