How do the colonists feel about the tea act in 1773?

Parliament passed the Tea Act on April 27, 1773. The colonists' reaction was one of resentment and rebellion, as they viewed the bill as yet another act of tyranny by the British government. The culmination of this resentment resulted in the Boston Tea Party.
