After reviewing the events of the French Indian war, what did the English find to be the biggest obstacles?

In terms of the French and Indian War (The Seven Years War), the largest obstacles for the British were the lack of interest and support of their people (in England), the expulsion of French settlers by Governor Shirley, the rivalry amongst the colonies themselves, and the Indians' support of the French.
