Mr. Evans, a farmer, is Rhian Evans' father. He is described as a strongly built, fair-haired man with a pleasant face and big red hands. Mr. Evans believes in magic and mysticism, especially in regard to Welsh history, and his beliefs have clearly been passed down to his daughter, Rhian.
