Opokuya is a combination of working woman, and mother. In the context of her marriage, Opokuya's needs always come second. As a nurse, she often needs the car to travel to work, but her husband Kubi always takes it instead. Their entire marriage can be summed up in terms of whose needs are more important... specifically, Kubu's needs. As a result, their marriage is faltering and fractured.
