How is Linton described in Chapter 19? How does Catherine feel about him?

Linton has Edgar's physical attributes but not his good nature. Cathy indulges all his requests, and gives him much affection. But Edgar is afraid he will not be able to keep the boy, whose weak condition would make him a poor inhabitant at the Heights.
