Who is Chet Brown?

Chet Brown is a government representative, who visits Benjamin Tyson to inform him that the Army wishes to recall him to active duty. The Army wants to initiate this action in order to formally court marshall Tyson for an incident called Mai Lai in Vietnam.

Brown, who has long kept to himself, was held hostage by his own men while the committed atrocities that have come to light eighteen years later. The incident is embarrassing to the government. and they want to make example of him.
