The book includes sixteen chapters. Each one has a title. These consist of questions, such as Chapter 15 titled “Is Enlightenment Enlightening?”, wordplay, such as “A Weedless World”, and jocular revelations, such as “Like, wow, Everything Is One (at Most)”. Each chapter is split into several parts of similar length, focused on one concept or containing one anecdote. Each of these sections is a few pages long. These sections also have clear but interesting titles, such as “The Enlightenment Checklist”, “Jealousy: The Tyrant of the Mind”, and “Does Not-Self Really Mean No Self?”
