Those events that shape White Fang that are natural are the fact that he is partly wolf and his mother raised him as a wolf (initially). This nature is what allows him to become savage when necessary, as well as loyal when it is asked of him. His loving nature is developed by Weedon Scott where we see him become totally devoted and willing to go above and beyond.
