What is Adrian's plan?

Adrian's plan is to frame Rorscach for Mordoch's death that he committed himself, to fake an assassination on himself to get the light off of him as a suspect for any of this, and above all plan a fake alien attack on NYC resulting in the death of nearly 3 million people.
