Re-storking is when parents take in a baby that has been left on their doorstep and in secret leave it, again, on someone else's doorstep. It plays a large factor in Connor's decisions because his family did that with a baby and it was restorked so many times that it eventually died of neglect. He has felt guilty ever since.
