Courtney's Dad, Two Way Street, is not really her biological Dad. He is a man that has been dating her Mom for so long that she sees him as her father. They do have that sort of relationship, but it is strained when he starts having an affair with Jordan's mother, and elicits Jordan's help keeping the secret. The both of them agree not to tell Courtney thinking that she is too weak to know the truth. Later, everything comes out and all is as it should be.
