One example of prejudice in the book is when Aunt Alexandria forbids Scout to play with Walter Cummingham. This is because Alexandria sees the cumminghams as poor and below the Finches in social class. Scout looks past this and be friends him any way even though Aunt Alexandria has prejudice against Walter because of his social status.
