That the 'Jews' are the best sort of people out there and that she can't understand why Hitler didn't understand that. Then later on Scout overhears her talking to someone in the courtroom in a degrading way about the town's African Americans..in very prejudicial terms. In the end, Mrs. Gates teaches them all about hypocrisy.
