The novel is written in the third person omniscient point of view. The novel does not have one narrating character, but many. The author has chosen to tell the story through the eyes of multiple characters in order to allow the reader to see events and actions that are important to the overall plot of the novel, even things that take place out of the knowledge of the main character, Nora Kelly.
