WHERE DOES THE STORY IN CHAPTER 17 IN THINGS FALL APART TAKEE PLACE?

Chapter Seventeen is primarily set in the Evil Forest, a portion of land given to the missionaried by the elders of Mbanta. Supersition surrounds the Evil Forest, and the elders hope that the "evil" that lurks there will deal with the missionaries accordingly. Oddly enough, this never happens, and the church's congregation grows.
