In Chapter Six, Milo looks back on his relationship with his father.... revealing his deep admiration and how very much he has miised him since his suicide. His affection, thus far, has been focused on Simon, which is symbolized in Milo's contentment at seeing Simon's possession of his father's prized overcoat.
