The Unique Earth is written in the first person from the perspective of the main characters of the story. Within one chapter, the story is narrated by as many as three for four different characters. In that way, the characters are providing their viewpoints on the events and their dealings with each other. Although naturally some characters interpret events differently just as in real life, there is a minimum of conflict in the storytelling which serves to move the story along at a good pace and with a minimum of confusion.
