The Phooka is a magical creature from the Fantastical World. He appears in the form of creature that is part-monkey and part-rabbit to the Grace children. He is a shape-shifter, who speaks in riddles, and seems to have a great deal of knowledge about the secretive activities of the other creatures in the Fantastical World.
