Why dose ida tell the class that they should tell their parents about the secret school
Ida doesn't want the class to reveal the secret school to their parents because someone might expose them. Their goal is to pass their examinations, and that goal cannot be met if their sessions end. Mr. Jordan, a member of the school board, isn't interested in the examinations or supportive of education for girls. If he finds out, the study sessions will likely end.
