How does Mole compare his father to President Reagan?

Mole says that he cannot understand how his father looks so old (at 41) compared to President Reagan at seventy. He says that his father looks haggard, even though he doesn't work and has no worries, when the President, who is responsible for the world's safety, is always smiling and looks cheerful.
