How does Percy get Luke to confess to the poisoning of Thalia's tree so that those in charge at Camp Half-blood know that it wasn't Chiron?

In Sea of Monsters, Percy opens an Iris message portal to the leaders back at the camp, and then he manages to get Luke to talk about how he poisoned the tree. Once Luke figures out what Percy has just done he draws his sword and the battle begins.
