Who is Wanda from The Sandman: A Game of You and what is their importance?

Wanda is Barbie's cross-dressing friend. She makes coffee for Barbie and borrows cream from Hazel and Foxglove. She also insists that everyone dreams and discusses her dreams about the Weirdzos from the Hyperman comics when she was a child. Wanda forbids Barbie to tell anyone that she was born a boy, and she is pretty sure that her parents tell their friends that she is dead. She does, however, talk to her Aunt Dora, who prays for her to repent her wicked ways.
