A young man who is a member of the Black Panthers, Maxie's brother, and Stick's friend, Raheem Brown is driving the car when the group picks up Bucky from jail. Raheem is somewhat more militant than many of the young men and decides he wants to get revenge for Stick's death. He gets the identity of the officer who shot Stick and plans to kill the officer. He is angry when Sam backs out, refusing to go along.
