Bansir's House importance

The story begins at Bansir's house. The structure is that of a simple worker and is enough to protect his family from the elements. Bansir's house overlooks the great palace of the king and Bansir often sits on his garden wall to gaze at the palace. While not integral to the entire story, Bansir's house sets the stage for the personal struggle that is discussed in the book.
