Sarah Hart from The Power of Six is John's girlfriend. On Lorien, Henri shared with John before he died, when they fall in love it is instantaneous and forever. So, when John falls for Sarah and she returns his love, he's unprepared for the act of betrayal that follows. In a turn of events, as Sam and John arrive to meet Sarah to pick up the transmitter left behind by Sam's father, Sarah turns them in to authorities. Sam and John are arrested and locked up by the FBI.
