Why is The Passionate Shepherd to His Love a good poem?

Marlowe, the poet, was a rebel in every sense of the word. So, to read this poem on the surface you'd think it was a very fruffy, simplistic ode to love and lovers everywhere. However, when you read this poem on a deeper level you begin to see a deeper meaning and some of the 'real' Marlowe shines through. He questions what the difference might be between love and lust, and whether the circumstances are as pristine and innocent as they might seem.
