Less likabale traits for Ivan from the book, The One and Only Ivan.

I don't know that Ivan has any negative traits. Ivan is a gorilla. He doesn't remember his life in the wild, he is considerate of others, protective of the animal community in the circus, and he advocates for Ruby. After being transferred to the zoo, Ivan slowly acclimates to his new surroundings and the other gorillas, eventually becoming a part of the group. Any negative behaviors attached to his character are based upon instinct and identity..... he is still a gorilla.
