Who is Fletcher Christian from The Neutronium Alchemist Conflict and what is their importance?

Fletcher is the real-life, historical figure who initiated the mutiny on the Bounty in 1789. He returned from the dead and possesses a body on Norfolk. His goal is to stop Quinn from causing more suffering on Earth. At the end of the novel, however, Fletcher is detained and arrested by Earth's security before he can reach the planet.
