What is Dagda?

Dagda is a gas giant at the most outlying orbit in the system of New Caledonia. Mider is in the same orbit. Dagda has fuel stations on two moons: Angus and Brigit. Brigit is for the Navy's use and non-military ships must have permission to approach the installation let alone use the facilities on the moon.
