Waldvogel's Meats is Fidelis's and Eva's butcher shop. They open the shop after Fidelis leaves Kozka's employment. The business soon becomes Fidelis's and Eva's life. Fidelis is in charge of the butchering, and thus spends most of his time in the slaughterhouse. He is also in charge of making the sausages, the recipe and technique for which he will impart to no one. Meanwhile, Eva cares for the shop and the kitchen. She interfaces with the customers, and makes the shop's breads and sweets.
