Do you agree with Miig? Why or why not?

In context, Miig is referring to freedom and the fear of capture and tortuous death. He is referring to the difference between death due to circumstances (weather, attack), as opposed to be locked up and ground up like a piece of meat... like something unhuman. I'd have to say that I agree.
