Bruno Kreuz vom Meere is the head of the German police in the PSA. Kreuz vom Meere is an unpleasant man who likes to think he has more power than he really does. No one seems to like Kreuz vom Meere. When Kreuz vom Meere finds out that Baynes is meeting a Japanese general in the Nippon Times Building, he sends several of his secret police into the building to apprehend Baynes.
