What is Mr. MacGregor's disorder? How does he discover it?

Mr. MacGregor has a disorder where he leans to one side when he walks but is unaware of it. He discovers it when other patients in his old folks home tell him about it. He then has Dr. Sacks videotape him to show that he's doing it.
